About DMDesign
Daniel Moynihan enjoys obsessing over the details of the interaction between user and object. He believes that motion and gesture are as crucial to design as shape and material, and that form and function are the same thing, if you look at them the right way.
While he has experience designing in many 2D and 3D software suites, he most enjoys prototyping and fabricating with a more hands-on approach, ending the day grinning while covered in sawdust and bits of EPS foam.
Daniel holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Dartmouth College as well as a BFA in Designed Objects from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He lives in Oakland, California.
He looks pretty good here, but this is an old photo.
